wanted: awesome babysitter

In my ideal world, our new babysitter would be 16-18 years old, great with boys, perhaps a boy himself? I want to meet a teen who will become more than just a babysitter, but a family friend. I have great memories as being a kid with teenage babysitters who were excellent role models. I grew into that teen and was an awesome babysitter myself - so I know it's possible! Where can I find this person? I'm thinking ad hoc, possibly holiday childcare (I don't work full time and have very short hours) definitely trips to the skatepark and adventure playground (across from our house)on a Saturday while I practice yoga or something. Maybe you have a son or daughter, or know of a great kid who is polite, responsible and a great role model who will engage with my boys (who are 3 and 5 and tons of fun)?? Hiya, I'm an 18 year old babysitter and have a lot of experience with kids, however my boyfriend (Archie) is also interested in the job, he's 19 and hasn't done much babysitting before. He's an ex skateboarder himself, avid footballer and plays guitar, which could also be fun for the kids. We're both very responsible but laid back, we thought it might be good if we looked after your children together a couple times (obviously you'd only have to pay for one of us) just so Archie got a feel for the job and then he could take over as their babysitter. Hiya I am turning 16 very soon and really interested in this opportunity! I have plenty of experience with babysitting due to having regular babysitting jobs in the past and being an older sister to a 10 year old. I would be happy to babysit regularly in the evenings as well as holidays, I however have a Saturday job in a local farm shop in ED so I would be unable to babysit during the day.
