I too was on the bars at the weekend, great fun! A few OAPS were trying the machines which was nice to see.

Oh that might have been me and my friend (though she not OAP !) we use them nearly every day during our walk. They are great, breaks up the walk/jog and are not too strenuous .Also early morning they are empty before all the kids get up!
