My partner and I did hypnobirthing classes with Kristin Hayward in Herne Hill. She was amazing, so helpful pre baby and post baby. Hypnobirthing REALLY works and Kristin was a great teacher for us. Thank you! If you're looking for someone locally, ae would thoroughly recommend her.

  I don't know what you need them for, but I use glass jars eg jam jars. St Dalfour jam jars are a particularly nice shape (in my opinion!)
