A 30-40ish yr old wanted to share an attractive and spacious flat, part of a Georgian mansion block in Honor Oak.

With high ceilngs, polished wooden floorboards and plenty of light throughout, it's a really great space. The large living room is quiet and comfortable with sliding doors opening onto a communal garden area. The neighbours are lovely and there's normally a bbq or two on the go in the summer and a couple of productive veg patches!

The room on offer is a light, generous double with comfortable double bed and storage units.

I'm an easy-going, friendly 43 yr old from South-East London and work as a full-time gardener.

This is a tidy flat and somewhere to retreat from the sometime chaos of London life.

If you're someone who genuinely understands the need for harmony and a 50/50 contribution within a shared space and if you're looking for a 'home' rather than a place to crash then this could be the place for you.

You can walk to either Forest hill or Honor Oak Park train stations within 12 mins and catch the p4 bus to Brixton or Lewisham from outside the building.

The rent is 585pcm and bills should fluctuate between ?120-140

I smoke now and again, but always use the garden.
