SingingWilks
As it says on the tin really! Really love this band but haven't heard of them in a while. Their last Facebook and Twitter posts were late last year and there's no upcoming gigs on their Myspace page. I miss them! Otta
Perhaps they felt less unique once they realised that every middle class person in the western world now owns a bloody ukulele. They'll probably reform as the Dulwich kazoo Orchestra until that becomes the next trend. Jah Lush
They split up. Amicably I believe. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/58482-what-happened-to-the-dulwich-ukulele-club/#findComment-851434 Share on other sites

KidKruger
It's a bit of a generalisation because some of the little people also have ukuleles. Otta
I should just be pleased that so many people are taking an interest in making some music, but something about the ukulele thing really winds me up. It's like everyone watched a few episodes of The Royale Family and thought "how charming, a family sing song". Jeremy
Generally any craze which makes people want to pick up an instrument is a good thing in my book. But was never really on board with the ironic tweeness of the whole ukelele thing.
