Au pair plus/nanny-housekeeper

My current au pair is leaving in mid June, and I'm looking for someone new to help me with general housekeeping and childcare, in term time its 4 days week after school until bed time, and some evening babysitting, and preferably to live in. I run my own business from home so need more help in the school holidays in the daytime earlier in the day rather than the late afternoon/evening slot. Its about 25-30 hours hours a week plus babysitting.

Experience with childcare is essential, as is being a driver and a pro-active person.

  Dog kennel isn't a great name for a school. I agree that it's ridiculous for the name to put anyone off going there, but don't see any issue with them rebranding if the parents and children prefer a new name. The school is surrounded by historical 'groves' (reflected in the names of Camberwell Grove, Grove park and Grove Vale for example), so it's not a totally random name.

  It might help if there are body cams to record evidence and a presence maybe a deterrent but I very much doubt a park warden would intervene with obnoxious and violent thugs - children or not. We need police for that.

  I had a leaky toilet cistern and Niko came out the same day and not only fixed the leak but thoroughly cleaned off the years of calcium build-up. His attention to detail was matched by his kind humanity. The result was a completely renovated toilet which has never worked more efficiently as well as 'service with a smile'. MANY THANKS NIKO!!!

  I am trying to find out about people's experiences of the 4+ and 7+ assessments. I am a teacher and have a wealth of experience tutoring for theses assessments (including my own son), but it's always good to keep on top of things as they always make tweaks to them. TIA!
