Hi, I'm Henry and I'm a level 3 personal trainer located in and around East Dulwich with access to a private fitness studio, which is ideal for all of your personal training needs.

I have been a qualified PT for 3 years and I recently completed a Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiology. I currently work as an exercise physiologist for Nuffield Health, which is a private healthcare organisation. Therefore I am available for personal training on evenings and weekends. Personal training is my passion and I love helping clients reach their fitness goals.
