marianik Posted May 8, 2015 Share Posted May 8, 2015 The Friends of Peckham Rye Park invite you on Sunday 17th May to an afternoon of events to mark the inauguration of the park's new tree trail.2 pm. Opening of the Fernery ( just north to the entrance to the bowling green)2.45 A talk about honey bees. ( in the wildlife garden )And at 3.15 ( meeting at the main gate) a Tree Trail walk led by Christopher Howard who has written a Tree Trail for the park. There are 47 trees in the Tree Trail and the trees included have now got labels on them with both the English and botanical names.
