Seeking 2 bed garden flat in ED or srrounding area

Hi, I'm looking for a 2-3 bed flat in East Dulwich or surrounding areas. I am a professional 40ish guy working for a human rights organisation in central London. I have lived in East Dulwich for over a decade and love the area so would really like to stay local. I'm looking for a nice, bright garden flat in a period property that is well maintained. Bonus would be original features (wooden floors, fireplace). I'm looking to move in late June or July.

I would suit a property owner who is seeking a responsible person to take good care of their flat, and who is looking for a medium-to-long-term stable lease.
