Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations for a local garage (East Dulwich, Nunhead, Peckham) specialising in gearboxes, preferably reconditioned ones. My gearbox has failed on my 2002 Ford Focus so I need to get it replaced.

Recommendations of places that do a good job but don't charge extortionate amounts would be much appreciated.

  I have been using Niko for 10 years now. He is our go-to plumber. Niko always does a good job - looks to fix things first before suggesting a replacement and gives us tips to prevent future problems. He is reasonably priced and a thoroughly lovely guy.
