Virgin Media - Mobile/Data

I've seen a lot of comments about problems with Virgin Broadband, but is anyone else getting problems with Virgin mobile data? For the last few weeks I've had an almost constant exclamation mark over my data signal, and it has been slow. It is particularly noticeable in E.D, but is also in other parts of London. Also happening with my wife's phone.
