"Well, I've resisted for over an hour, but the time has come to look at what many consider to be the front-runner at Turnberry. Tiger Woods - almost every expert's pick to win the Championship this year - hopes to return to Open action, after missing last year's tournament through injury, with a bang. "Anytime you have a chance to lift the Claret Jug it's special," says the American, and with anyone you care to ask saying this Championship could come down to length off the tee, who would be foolish enough to bet against Woods bagging his 15th major here?

....only an idiot ;-)

Great tourmament the PGA. I used to think of it as the also ran of the 4 majors but the names who have won it over the lst 10 years is a real role of honour.

Sounds like Singh refused to talk to the media, that seems to have been implied by the Sky commentators. Thats poor and I have to say I have never been a fan of Singh since he complained about the females (Annika) playing in the male tournaments.

    • Anyone doing a renovation soon and want to get rid of an existing kitchen? I'd love to take a couple of units off your hands!
    • Honestly, sounds like the best thing to do
    • Thanks - going to drop the whole thing now…& put it down  to a bad experience.
    • No, you won’t get your rent back for not having an EPC. I presume you’re thinking of  rent repayment order… you’d have to have evidence of an offence such as illegal eviction, harassment, threat, unlicensed property. None of which you’ve indicated.  I don’t see what the problem is with your situation, certainly nothing substantial. If you have evidence of disrepair (including professional report) and you have to have evidence of informing the landlord as well; you’ve mentioned damp but said it’s not there any more?
