A new Irish Dance / Ceili class, specifically for adults, is starting on Thursday 30 April 2015. Held at William Booth Training College - Salvation Army Building, classes will take place every Thursday from 7pm ? 8.30pm. Classes will be focused on having fun, keeping fit and making friends ? all abilities are welcome!

First taster class is free.

  I've been training with the wonderful Marisa at Gokay's Fitness Hub for the last few months and have seen really significant improvements in my strength and have regained a lot of lost body confidence. I feel really happy abd energised at the end of each session. One of the side benefits of the Fitness Hub is the sense of community there, the group classes are very friendly and welcoming.   Since MIND on Lordship Lane removed its clothes and shoe recycling bins I've not found an alternative. Does anyone know where the nearest clothes recycling bins are?

  Went to get a few bits in the dog kennel hill Sainsburys this morning and something that has been £1.15 for ages has suddenly gone up to £1.45! Tin of Sainsburys anchovy fillets. Looks like price rises are on the way!
