Mondays Pilates followed by Zumba. The classes can be take separately, but taken together they are the perfect combination. Pilates will improve flexibility, relax your mind and tone and strengthen your body and Zumba will give you energy and stamina as well as being super fun!

Do not miss it!

No need to book. Just turn up.
