we do small scale property development in East Dulwich - buy one property at a time, refurbish it and sell it. There is a large property we are looking at that would make 4 two to three bed houses. Cost ?450k each undeveloped (shell state), and we are looking for two to three people who might have that type of money to join with us to buy the property. You could develop the property beyond shell state yourselves, or we could do some of it if that works better. If you are interested in discussing, get in touch.
