We are moving home and have an overlap. Available 24 May until 17 July.

The house is 3 bedrooms (master, large double, small double/single), a large lounge, patio and is set in the Dulwich woods. It also has a small study. It can be unfurnished or furnished with beds etc, depending on your needs.

It is close to Sydenham Hill station (4-5 minutes walk) with trains to the City Thameslink or Victoria.

It is 500 pounds per week. Bills will be included as well as the superfast internet.
