4 bed family house for short let July-August

We are looking to let out our beautiful family home for the 6 week school summer holiday. We are a couple of minutes from Denmark Hill station on a quiet street, still walking distance to East Dulwich station and Lordship Lane. We have a large garden, currently 3 bedrooms and we use the fourth as an extra living room, but could be used as another bedroom if needed.

  Maybe they have changed the system, or maybe I've just forgotten how it works. Mine was installed as a one off after I requested it (having worked out that it would save money). Yes, it would seem odd for Thames Water to install a meter which wasn't requested, but then not to communicate anything at all to the house occupants, especially if neighbours in the same road said they didn't have a meter! I'm wondering what TW said to EDmummy101 when she contacted them?

  The two most likely reasons for over-turning would either be speed or loading related (possibly both). A burst tyre at just the wrong time (during a turn) might also cause this, but I think these lorries have doubled-up tyres. [The photo shows the tyres intact, so it won't be that] The other main reason for large vehicles over-turning (caught by wind) is unlikely on this occasion.
