Recommended Posts

Nimble Arts is back at Heber this May for our next four days of creative holiday club antics! Workshops will run 10 - 4 each day, with free extended hours from 8.30 - 5.00pm. Come and join our team of DBS checked creative professionals, play leaders and teachers for making, acting, singing, moving and more!

Early bird booking is open until Sunday 26th April - use code 'earlybird' when booking and save ?10 off your total price. You can choose which days you sign up for, or join us for all four days. Please note we won't be running on bank holiday Monday!

We tend to often be fully booked, so would recommend booking soon. We're Ofsted registered, and can accept childcare vouchers as payment. Please note that 4 year olds can only attend either the 9-1 or the 1-5 sessions.

    • The refurb has made it brighter and smarter with greater emphasis on weights and other exercise. Seems that cardio is restricted to the quarter of the floor area as you enter. This seems fair enough as I rarely saw more than half the cardio equipment being used at any one time. I have been told that some cardio will be on the newly created gallery space overlooking the main gym floor. Free weights area looks bigger and there is a good range of resistance machines offering to exercise most muscle groups. There are some new types such as a squat machine, whereas core machines for abs and back seem to have disappeared. I have been told that some machines have yet to arrive. Overall, it’s a great improvement.  To say it’s still a dump is unfair and untrue.  The alternative would be to traipse over to Beckenham where David Lloyd will charge you the same for two months’s membership as you would pay for a year at DLC.
