My sister and I are looking for a new house mate to join us as soon as possible. We have a large double bedroom available for ?770 a month inclusive of bills and expenses. The property has 4 bedrooms, but one is reserved as a storage room. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath. Of course, we have a kitchen and it comes with a massive dining table. Last but not least we've got a back yard with wooden decking perfect for BBQ season and a patch of soil in case you fancy doing a bit of gardening. Oh yeah...there's a living room too!

We're looking for someone tidy, not too much of a party animal, but appreciating a good night out can be a bonus! We want someone we can connect with, but who also respects our space. Of course, it's vital that you can pay your rent and expenses! In terms of sharing we share kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. Apart from that it's every man for himself.
