I don't want to be negative, and maybe I've misunderstood the purpose of CCTV, but if it's supposed to be to identify people I'm not sure how it would help if the attackers are masked, unless there are other identifying features? -

Help! We need an ideally professional photographer willing to work free or low cost for a few hours in Santa's grotto at our school fair. We can offer publicity amongst school community and fair visitors in return and it's always a great fun event. Plus halo shining having helped us raise vital funds for our children!
