HonaloochieB
It was the NCMs of course FJD, remember it well, "Them Cherokees 're after me...but I'm singing a happy song...higgerty, haggerty hoggerty high, pioneers we never say die, a mile up the road there's a hidden cave...and we can watch those Cherokees go galloping by..." It was a song that was part of my life as a youngster such that I could quote those lyrics from memory, and feel proud to do so. And of course the singer was Barry McGuire who went on to do 'Eve Of Destruction'.But I digress.Wheel On Fire - The Brian Auger Trinity Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/5679-the-song-game-remains-the-same/page/53/#findComment-214456 Share on other sites
