We have a self-led and purposeful approach to creative exploration of the arts and visual communication, inspired by Bruno Munari?s method ?Playing with Art?, which we deliver through gentle guidance based on Positive Discipline and Non-Violent Communication. The workshops are for children between 3-12yo and we offer a variety of materials to explore with in 2D and 3D.

Venue: Carnegie Library, 188 Herne Hill Road, London, SE24 0AG

Costs: ?10 p/child p/session. Siblings ?10 first child, ?7 extra child p/session (fees are non-refundable).

Maximum 10 children p/session. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Dates and Times: Wednesday 22nd April / 6th May / 20th May from 10-11:15am.

Bookings: contact us via email ohartproject@ gmailcom. We will send you bank details, our Terms and Conditions and Welcoming email.

Visit our website http://www.ohartproject.com for more information about us, our ethos, Bruno Munari and what we offer.

Please bear in mind that we emphasise on ?the process of making? and not the end result (we are not an arts and crafts group). We follow a non-coercive approach to teaching, and we won?t force any child to experiment if they don?t want to. We believe that every child should love and enjoy learning, and this is achievable if we respect their pace, capacity, age and interests. Not all children are creative in the arts, instead they are creative in other areas like sports, music, science, etc. If you have any questions, don?t hesitate to contact us! I?m happy to answer all your questions before you decide to make a booking grin

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

    • There is a spate of kid-on-kid robberies this time of year every year. It's as regular as the clocks changing or the leaves falling. Usually it's after school as kids are walking home. Often it's same little group of robbers that keep going until they (almost inevitably) get arrested. Very unpleasant for the victim. It should always be reported to police. I'm always happy to criticise the Met - but my impression is that the Community Safety Teams (beat cops) have always been very responsive to this kind of issue. It is worth speaking to them as well as just 999/101.
    • This sounds hellish.  Have you thought of contacting BBC local news, both TV and radio as well as the ITV local news?   There is a known shortage of midwives so it’s sad that you are having to stop work.  Woman’s Hour on Radio 4 would be another programme.
    • Yet another recommendation for John and Gabi at Top Marx kitchens. Our very old built in fridge freezer broke and we could not find a suitable replacement that would fit the space.  John was able to come round very quickly and advise on the best course of action.  He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely and responsive....and a very nice guy.  Gabi is excellent at keeping the momentum going with booking appointment times etc.  I have no hesitation in recommending Top Marx Kitchens.
    • No they’re playing with each other if they’re the two completely under control Stafford I see there regularly with their guy.
