We are a professional couple, with a grown up daughter living in a friendly, and relaxed 1970's town house in Sydenham. We are looking for a quite, friendly person to rent a newly decorated single room.

The rent p/m ?420 including bills and unlimited internet

The house is walking distance to Sydenham Train Station and trendy bars and restaurants

The house benefits from a big open lounge, a ground floor loo, 90ft garden, and free parking
