Nutrition Coaching - Become the healthiest you

Hello,

As a Holistic Health Coach, I work with women who want to feel their very best. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories alone, and are often far too focused on deprivation and discipline. Rather than creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create happy, healthy lives in ways that are flexible, fun and full of abundance.

We'll work together to set you realistic goals, and work together to achieve them in a way that works for you. To find out more or book your free session, contact me today on [email protected]

I am also a certified yoga teacher (with Yoga Alliance) offering 121 classes in your home, where we'll work with your individual needs to create classes tailored to you.

More info on either of the above can be found at www.thegreatestyou.co.uk

Have a lovely weekend,

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
