Hello! Private yoga classes

Hello Dulwich dwellers,

I've just moved into the area (between East and North Dulwich stations), and I hope you don't mind me posting here. I'm a yoga teacher; I was certified three years ago by Yoga London, and I've just returned from doing some advanced training in India (now Yoga Alliance 500hr accredited).

I would love to start teaching some private classes in Dulwich, so if anyone is interested, please do get in touch. I teach dynamic vinyasa flow or restorative yoga; privates are my favourite because we can work out exactly what you need and want, and tailor the classes to you - whether you're a beginner or a more advanced student. I can come to your home or workplace at a time that suits you. My aim is always to make sure that you yogis/yogis to be feel both comfortable and challenged.

I charge ?60 an hour, or you can book three sessions for ?150. You can find out more about me on Facebook: Izzy Arcoleo Yoga; and on my website, www.yogaleo.com. Website is a bit out of date as I'm having problems with it at the moment, should be up together soon.

And feel free to get in touch with me on here or email me at [email protected] if you have any questions for me.

Have a lovely weekend in the sunshine!

Izzy

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
