Norwood Roofing Specialists

Recommended Posts

Firstly, I'd like to say thanks so much to the Forum for giving me David O Connell's contact details at norwood roofing specialists, and for the reviews that helped me to decide whether to use them to overhaul my roof. David and his team were an absolute dream - they were friendly, very professional and efficient. David did a full inspection prior to quoting for the work, and gave me a clear quote, with a breakdown for all the work that would be carried out. He said the work would take 2 days but they were able to complete it in a day, plus they included some additional work on a side bay roof and extra chimmney stacks in the price. They also provided photos of what needed to be done and of the end results. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work, and for the first time in ages won't be anxious when it rains! I have no hesitation in recommending David and his team for roof overhaul work. David's contact details are: David O Connell, [email protected]. Tel (Office): 0208 6536306; Mobile: 07412 000214.

We used David from Norwood Roofing for replacing old gutters at the front of our property in Honor Oak where we have a 3 storey house. The gutters were not large enough to carry all of the rain off quite a large pitch roof and in times of downpour were struggling to cope. Consequently with the build up of sludge they were regularly overflowing, causing. The guys did a great job replacing the gutters and repointing the moss damaged brickwork where the overflowing gutters had caused damp.

They also reset the chimneys while they were up there and replaced a few broken tiles.

Nice guys ? very reliable

Tested in the rain and we have no issues so far. But to be honest we haven?t yet had a deluge so let?s see. Would recommend David and the firm though.

I called David after reading the endless reviews on the forum. I always call at least two companies for anything I have done in my house. But after meeting David I knew he was the right man for the job. He was fantastic and the work he and his team did was spot on, arrived on time and did the work in the time he said was needed. I felt very comfortable and as I was working from home. Lovely guys. David thank you for fixing my bay window in Peckham and the new pipes and changing and repointing at the back of the house. Fantastic job.

Kind regards

Emete

Thank you EDF as I called Norwood roofing last week to give me a quote for some guttering and brick work to be repaired/replaced.

They came round on the same day, gave a very competitive quote and came back today to do the work.

Punctual, clean, tidy and a good job done.

I was very concerned that the brick work would fall down and cause someone an injury but it has all been repaired and I now have my piece of mind back.

Thank you again Norwood roofing.

Regards

Sally

Another recommendation for David and the team here. We had some issues with guttering and repointing at the rear of our property that some builders hadn't finished properly after an extension. David managed to get all the work done in a day, was punctual and provided before and after pictures. The quote was very competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

They even fixed our front gate that had come off it's hinges at no extra charge! Lovely guys - thanks again for all your work.

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
