Hello

I'm a Dulwich-based research recruiter - I place people in paid market research, focus group and interview sessions.

I have an opportunity for a Dulwich resident with a smart meter.

A smart meter is usually an electronic device that records consumption of electric energy in intervals of an hour or less and communicates that information at least daily back to the utility for monitoring and billing.

The research session is a 1.5 hour interview, in the participant's home. The researcher will attend their home at some point next week week, at the participant's convenience.

Ideally this resident will be male, with a family at home. But we are willing to be flexible on this.

Payment for the session is ?100.

  Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.

  Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
