Recommendations for kitchen side extension: builders / architects / structural etc

Hello,

I?m looking for trusted recommendations for appropriate firms to carry out a kitchen side extension including roof lights, sliding doors, underfloor heating, downstairs WC etc. to a Victorian semi-detached in East Dulwich.

Seems like Design Squared has popped up on this forum for architectural services, and I know many in ED have used Prestige Build & Management for construction?. But if anyone has any others they would recommend for architectural or structural services, or building companies, or even one-stop shops (i.e. Build Team) that would be most appreciated!

Whilst I?m asking, if anyone has any advice on how to get comfort with potential planning allowances that would be great too!

  I know it's not a first post, if that's what you mean? You can see the number of posts a forum member has made by clicking on the letter next to their name. You can also see when they joined the forum and you can see what recent posts they have made. Do you know that the OP was "posting for a friend", or are you just guessing?
