trying to post something in lounge

have been trying to post something in lounge section for 2 days now asking whether married women who use maiden/single names are having problems with electoral register. Lounge will not accept post

There will be a banned word in your post somewhere. There's not warning message, it just sort of non-posts your efforts.

Some of the banned words are obvious, but some are rather surprising, so play around with your message.

I couldn't post the word m o v i e yesterday. I assumed the forum was punishing me for using Americanisms.

Yes, what happens is some nights we get mega spammed and so I have to quickly block a common word like "movie", "NFC", "coins" etc and then I forget to take the ban off. I like the side effect that it stops the Americanisms though.
