Hello, I'm Chris Smith and Im based in the Herne Hill/East dulwich area.



I focus on:

?Organic garden care

?Urban Food landscape design

?Sensory, therapeutic garden designs for the terminally ill, mental health and learning difficulties.

?Tree and hedge care especially fruit trees!



I'm an experienced Garden Designer, Landscaper, Maintainence Gardener, Orchard Manager as well as Horticultural Charity project worker.


These Charities include:

The Urban Orchard Project, London- delivering workshops in Orchard planting and care.

The Community Farm, Bristol- farm work on a 30acre organic farm



Qualifications

?level 2 and 3 Sustainable Horticulture, Schumacher College

?Permaculture Design Certificate, Aranya

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?

    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.    
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
