Need some you time and a space to stretch and breath before the bank holiday? I teach a yoga class at the lovely Goose Green Clinic at 57 East Dulwich Road every Wednesday 7pm - 8pm. Come along and try your first class for ?5 (normal price ?10 drop-in or discount card ?40 for 5 class pass).

The class sizes are small and run at a gentle pace, but still with the aim to fully stretch the body out to aid relaxation at the end of the class.
