Roofer recommendation - RJP Roofing

I would like to recommend Russell at RJP Roofers (07852 972052) who has just completed a new roof,gutters,facias,the works, to our end terrace in Peckham Rye.

He provided an excellent service, polite, on time and to his word. He takes real pride in his work and it shows. He went above and beyond our expectations, providing his expert opinion on additional items we required including loft insulation,new coping stones and also advised fitting (and fitted) a bathroom vent whilst the roof was off.

He helped us out of various bits and pieces as well as completing a high quality product at a competitive price.

  Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.

  Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
