Hello,

We?re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our 3 bedroom house in Peckham Rye.

We?re two 33 year old females who?ve lived in the property for a couple of years and love it. It?s a really peaceful and happy home that?s very nice to come home to. We have furnished it ourselves, so if you do have any bits and bobs you?d be welcome to add them to the mix.

The bedroom is a small double and ?695 per month, not including bills. It?s through an estate agent (sorry!) so references and 6 weeks deposit would be required. The contract is yearly (ending in Sep) but there will be an opportunity to renew.

  Hello all, I started a post "PARCEL THEFT - White man on Lime bike, knitted hat (Goose Green - Peckham / Dulwich side roads) not knowing this thread was here. Could those who are able to post any pictures they have of the thief? Amazon are not meant to ignore your delivery instructions, so ask for compensation as well as a refund if it happens. Evri do nothing but confirmed parcels are not meant to be left outside. Ps. I filled a parcel with food scraps & brown bin stuff then topped it with shredded paper so they'd have to dig through.
