New class! FIT SLINGS for dancing mums + babies

Calling bubbly mums and babies!

Fit Slings will start in April. It is a baby-friendly session combining dance, Zumba moves and other workout elements. Mums can carry their babies in their slings while exercising or simply leave them in the pram or on a play mat. We currently have two locations, the EDCC (Thursdays) and the QMR (Fridays).

Both sessions will start at 9:15am and can be booked on blocks of 10 classes (valid for 12 weeks). The price of a block is ?70, while a single taster session can be reserved for ?10.
