Recommended Posts

Do you want to learn more about current research into Alzheimer?s disease?

Alzheimer?s disease, an age-related neurodegenerative disorder, is the leading cause of dementia. Researchers at King?s College London study many aspects of Alzheimer?s and dementia. These include the biological and genetic causes of disease, new treatments and improvements to care.

The Open Day aims to increase public awareness of this devastating disease, and to explain current research goals to interested members of the public. Attendees will have an introduction, several talks by researchers and the opportunity to interact with scientists as they run a selection of activities. The day concludes with a question and answer session with a panel of experts. A sandwich lunch and light refreshments will be provided.

    • What kind of awful Mary Whitehouse worshipping sadsack would report this to the council ffs.  If you don't want ypur child to be in the cinema when there is an 18 movie on, just don't go.  There's no need to spoil everyone else's fun.
    • The couple who I joint own the freehold tend to dictate on what work is needed. I usually just pay half but they usually decide the contractors to use.
    • I am sorry to  continue this, but I found your previous  comment about me very personal,  disturbing and upsetting, which was why I responded at length. I'm sorry it bored you. I try to stick to facts. I have investigated. You (and anyone else) can go into the "search" settings on here and  do a search on an author's name. So you can (I presume) find all my posts, including any which were  replying  to you. I can't imagine that they are in greater numbers than my replies to anyone else, but you can see for yourself. I guess you can probably also find examples of what you call my "usual sarcasm". I wasn't aware that l had a tendency to sarcasm, though I do find a lot of things funny.  There is no need to reply to this unless you actually find evidence in support of what you said. Sorry everybody else. I had to get it off my chest as I was lying awake last night worrying about it 😭
