Learning/homework clubs in local cafe

Recommended Posts

HELP! - we are planning to set up after school learning clubs at The Dish And The Spoon, 61 Cheltenham Road, Nunhead SE15 3AF - on bus routes 343 and 484.

We need local opinion to help us plan and would be very grateful if you could complete this very quick survey at:

We would be most grateful if you could take the time to complete it, you will have the opportunity to attend a half-price workshop during the Easter holidays (depending on numbers and interest).

If you have any comments or questions please reply by PM

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
