Private Flow Yoga Classes

This Flow Yoga class will begin with pranayama exercises to bring the awareness into the body and reconnect with your breathe. It will gradually move into gentle but fluid stretches to awaken the body and flow into sun salutations and other yoga flows, ending with one or two final poses depending on the level of ability within the group or practitioner. Ending in Savasana for a 15 minute cleansing guided meditation including massage with essential oils for relaxation. It is relaxing, challenging and will help to rebalance and rejuvenate body, mind and soul.


Prices; ?35 for 60 minutes and ?50 for 90 minutes.

First Class for only ?25!

    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.    
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
