Can anyone recommend somewhere local(ish) to scrap a car?

I know someone who will collect this for you. He will give you something for the car and load it onto his recovery vehicle and take it to the scrap yard

If you just want to get rid of your car there are various websites that will collect the car and give the money they raise through scrapping it to a charity of your choice. Just type in donate a car into your search engine.
