Has anyone heard about Growth Vouchers as promoted bY HMRC

Is this worth pursuing. Any experiences positive or negative.

My husband applied for it last year, and didn't hear a peep from them. Applied again this year and was awarded a voucher. Haven't claimed it yet, but seems pretty straightforward. PM if you have specific questions.
