Mac Support

Can anyone recommend a good Mac support person please...? I have 2 Mac's and need help with synchronising and organising my files, sourcing and setting up the right external hard drive, help with Time Machine, Cloud, my iPhone files and pictures, cleaning up all the junk and making my machines run more effectively, etc. Not very tech savvy so need help...!
