Builder wanted

I'm looking for a good builder to lay a concrete foundation for a large summerhouse. We are going to build the summerhouse ourselves but the correct base perfectly done is crucial. Any recommendations please?

  You can take any old clothes or any other fabric like tea towels to Primark stores. They all have collection boxes. Any old clothes and rags that can't be reused are recycled for other uses like toy stuffing and insulation
