Free Piloxing Class THIS Saturday @ Charter School!

Recommended Posts

The Piloxing phenomenon has landed in Dulwich!!

Well, actually, we have been teaching it for the past two years and now we want to spread the word!!

Join the THREE of us Piloxing instructors at CHARTER SCHOOL this Saturday 7th March @ 9-10am for a FREE TASTER session.

Piloxing is a fusion of non contact boxing moves and standing pilates with a couple of dance moves thrown in. We wear weighted gloves (only 500g each!) to add a little extra resistance, the music is great and its easy to follow for a fat burning, toning workout.

We will be running regular classes at Charter School every Saturday at 9am and want to give everyone the opportunity to give it a go so come and try a class for FREE - parking is available in the school (next to JAGS on the left just past North Dulwich station).

If you need directions or any other information call Amanda on 07813 166 169 or visit www.amandabotterill.com

SEE YOU SATURDAY!!

    • Another shout for them. They picked us up at Heathrow on time and met us at departures. Clean car and friendly driver too. Only use them for an airport run but have always been reliable
    • 😮 I hope your pain has gone and you are feeling a lot better.  I'm a bit surprised a pharmacist would just give out antibiotics to someone who had  diagnosed their own need for them! Hopefully I have misunderstood,  and the questions he asked you served to confirm your diagnosis.
    • I have been training with Natalie for two and a half years.  I started when I finished my treatment for a serious health condition.  It has been transformational and I am now addicted to lifting weights.  Who would have thought that I would have discovered strength training in my 50s? Certainly not any of my friends.  If you are feeling a bit meh and your get up and go has gone,  I can highly recommend coming to the hub and Natalie in particular (although all the trainers are very good).  She is strict on good form but gently encouraging.  I love coming to the hub (even when it is cold and wet and the programme is challenging aka very difficult).  And unlike most gyms, it is not at all intimidating. To be recommended.
    • Another endorser for ryes cabs - really good service and very polite too
