Yoga & Osteopathy in Elephant & Castle

Recommended Posts

Union City Therapies offers a choice of osteopathy, massage, acupuncture and baby massage classes as well as a variety of yoga classes and one-to-one sessions to suit you.

Victoria, an osteopath and massage therapist, and Tracy, a yoga teacher have paired up recognising that their skills and the services they offer their customers and patients complement each other perfectly allowing for an even more holistic treatment philosophy.

Based in a quirky bright green converted shipping container in The Artworks at Elephant & Castle, we have created a calm, therapeutic space.

Both our treatments and classes are individually designed for you and we pride ourselves in being able to deliver bespoke and complementary plans that help you discover your own pathway to health.

Here is our current schedule and prices for four week block classes (unless otherwise stated) from 1/3/15 onwards.

    • Please let me know if you have any pallets that you would like to be taken away.  Thank you.
    • Luckily that is an old closed telephone exchange building,  rather than someone's house.
    • Seriously though, I hope nobody was harmed in the making of that, because they must have veered right across the road before crashing, and only just avoided the tree. They must have been going pretty fast. Asleep at the wheel? Medical issue? Drunk? Young or stupid people messing about with a stolen car? (Apologies to young people, I know most of you aren't reckless). It was lucky they didn't hit something going in the opposite direction ( at least, I assume/hope they didn't) before they went over the wall. But I'm confused, because the broken part of the wall is in front of the car. Did they reverse in an attempt to get the car off the wall, and then made things worse? 😮
    • Oh, so that's what 'off street parking' means.
