srisky
Our survey indicated that there isn't any evidence of an up-to-date electrical safety check/EICR. This is pretty standard, particularly in older properties but who pays for this, the vendor or buyer? It's approx. ?200, so not a huge expense that's worth making a fuss about but it is still useful money given that moving is an expensive process. As far as I can gather, it is not a legal requirement (cf gas safety) but not doing it for the sake of money is not an option for us.
