You will?

? Have experience in working with food and making excellent coffee

? Be able to provide our loyal & discerning customers with faultless service

? Understand what it means to work in a premium environment

? Have a keen interest in food and want to learn more

? Be happy, flexible & accommodating to work in a small team ? everyone does a bit of everything, and you?ll be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in

? Understand the fundamentals of working in a busy retail environment - being happy to work Saturday and / or Sunday is vital.

? Speak & write clearly and confidently in English

? Happy, charming, enthusiastic & presentable.
