How about starting with some market research to find out if there's a market for what you have in mind and what the competition is like, rents etc?

You could also look at the business banking sections of a couple of bank websites as they usually have helpful guides for start-ups.

If you need a loan to start off then the bank would probably want to see a detailed business plan.

You will also need a business banking account. Charges vary, but as a start-up you should be able to get 1-2 years of free banking from them.

Good luck.
