Jeremy
Don't really see the problem. Same price as a one bed flat on the DKH estate... Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/54628-more-property-madness/#findComment-824626 Share on other sites

Jeremy
It does look rather like one of those garden room/office things you can buy for 15K or whatever. Still... it's on it's own bit of land. MissMadMoo
Rather my own shed wt a bit of outdoor space, than the 8th floor of a tower block. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/54628-more-property-madness/#findComment-824634 Share on other sites
Jeremy
And if you get bored of your house, you can just buy another one and have it put up in the same place. Plenty of advantages. jimbo1964
I suppose if you could get planning there are plenty of much nicer prefab houses you could put on the plot. SteveUK1978
Price per square foot is quite competitive for ED. ....It's a shed, I get it :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/54628-more-property-madness/#findComment-824649 Share on other sites

Robert Poste's Child
Presumably it's the plot you're paying for. Bet the buyer spends the next couple of years applying for planning permission. Louisa
Well nice to me is lots of period properties giving character to an area, nice clean streets, a few decent boozers, a handy supermarket. Forest Hill has everything ED has but without the ponce and ceremony if that makes sense? Louisa. Salsaboy
Somewhere I can wander around, naked except for a hat and sunglasses.Louisa Wrote:-------------------------------------------------------> Well nice to me is lots of period properties> giving character to an area, nice clean streets, a> few decent boozers, a handy supermarket. Robert Poste's Child
Cold shower for Salsaboy...Louisa, think I've been spoiled by living in DV. F Hill always feels a bit sad to me somehow. Louisa
Salsaboy you seem fascinated by my commando exploits in the garden! No chance of me doing it in February, although one may be tempted if asked nicely by *Bob*. Louisa. Louisa
Oh RPC I didn't realise you lived in the village, all is forgiven! I love the village so much. Always been a dream of mine to afford to live there. Even as a child it fascinated me! Well comparing anywhere in most of SE London to the village is a stretch. It's unquestionably unique, full of character and just beautiful in every way. Louisa.
