Electrician for fuse problem

Hi,

We live in a 2 floor flat on North Cross Road. We are having a problem with our electrics - the fuse has tripped for the lower floor and even though I have turned everything off and unplugged everything I cannot turn the fuse for the lower floor power sockets back on without it tripping after a few seconds.

I think we need an electrician to come and have a look - if anyone knows anyone good locally who is trustworthy please let me know.
