indiepanda
I discovered the Laughing Gravy when a friend and I had plans to got the Anchor and Hope and found it closed. It's on Blackfriars Road, bit further south than Southwark Tube and opposite side of the road. Food's always been lovely, service is great and they are pretty good about letting you sit there and drink the afternoon away at your table after rather than trying to hurry you out by bringing the bill. (It's a restaurant with a small bar at the front rather than a pub) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/54507-eating-out-near-waterloo/page/2/#findComment-825294 Share on other sites
yeknomyeknom
I like Cubana. Good for drinks after too. Especially mojotos. In the other direction Gabriel's Wharf had a few spots and the wharf itself is charming, reminds me of being on holiday in San Francisco. MrBen
So that's every restaurant in the area given a mention. Keeping true to this style of thread someone's soon going to ask...so where did you end up? And what's the usual answer?? (come on you know it) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/54507-eating-out-near-waterloo/page/2/#findComment-825751 Share on other sites
