Builder/Handyman required for lean-to revamp.

Hello all,

I'm looking for a good, reliable builder/handyman (or genuine recommendations)who can sort out my lean-to.

I'ts a typical ED Victorian terraced house with back side return. 15 years ago, we had a lean-to built that now houses washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

I need a raised floor put in, toot and invading greenery cleared, shelves and hooks put on the wall, general clean up and said appliances moved to a more convenient location. The person must have a van to take all junk to the dump and actually listen to what I need done. Price must be reasonable too.

Any takers?

    • Our cat Booboo has been missing since early Sunday morning (09 March).   He's a three-year-old male cat with black fur (short).    He's recognisable from having very big feet - I think about two extra toes on each paw.   He's very nervous of strangers and doesn't go out the front of our house - he mainly hangs out in the back gardens on our block (Goodrich/Barry/Friern Road).   If you spot him please let us know (07771915355).

    • That's useful, thank you - I've got a Primark near my work. Primark is (perhaps surprisingly) also one of the most diligent when it comes to labour rights in the supply chain, and I have to say the bits I've had from there have been quite good quality and lasted a long time. But otoh it's still fast fashion I suppose.
